1. Fresh water is essential for hydration of the skin. Drink minimum 10-12 glass of water (approx 5 liters) of pure water in a day. Sufficient consumption of pure water is the most effective way to keep your skin fresh and avoid the aging signs. Les consumption of Alcohol is highly advisable. Avoid normal coffee and consume green tea, which is very good ant aging supplement.
2. Fresh fruits and vegetables must be regularly in your diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the source of vitamin C and Vitamin E, which works like antioxidants. Most of the anti aging creams available today in the market have these vitamins and if you consume sufficient amount of fresh fruits you will enjoy a fresh and young skin. Corn, Squash, pearled barley, mashed potato, beans, strawberries, apple, melon, whole-wheat bread and fruits are some of the good vegetables and fruits that you may have in your diet.
3. Consume Fish and Egg, at least two to three times per week. Consumption of moderate amounts of fish and egg is a good way to maintain the required level of Nutritions in your body. 4. Olive oil, is a major source of fat in the Mediterranean diet. Olive oil is a good source of mono-unsaturated fat and works like a great antioxidant that helps avoid aging and helps you to keep your skin fresh and young. You can have diary products in your diet, but make sure there is no or less sugar in it. Consumption of fat free milk is good and it’s a great source of calcium in our body, which helps us avoid aging.
5. Finally avoid oily food or consume it once or twice a month. Consumption of sweets is okay but not more than once or twice a month. Avoid excessive consumption of coffee, tea, sodas and anything else that contain caffeine because they are toxic and cause oxidative damages that result in premature aging.
